COMPREHENSIVE AND THOROUGH
When purchasing a home, you want to know its true condition BEFORE you buy it – and to do this, you need a thorough and detailed inspection. At Veterans Home Inspection we provide the most in-depth home inspections in the area with the latest in home inspection reporting technology.
Armed with our report and a complete examination of your property, you will be able to make wise home-buying decisions. A home inspection is an all-encompassing examination of the condition of the home. Our home inspections have helped our clients to avoid costly mistakes which could easily reach into the 10s of thousands if major repairs are needed.
When you have found your “dream home”, give us a call so we can ensure that you are making a good investment. Home inspections can often reveal problems with a home that can be very pricey to fix. Finding this out before your purchase can allow for more purchasing negotiations with the seller.
We never hope to find any major issues, but this creates an opportunity for you, as the buyer, to negotiate the price depending on what the inspector has found. You could potentially negotiate a credit with the sellers, have the seller pay for repairs before the closing, purchase the home as-is, or walk away from the purchase if the issues seem too problematic. Knowing what you are walking into before you purchase a home can benefit you in more ways than one!

WHAT YOU NEED – WHEN YOU NEED IT
First and most importantly, you would need a general or residential inspection performed on the home. The certified home inspector would inspect the structure, exterior, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior, insulation, and ventilation.
We also offer inspections for Termites (Wood Destroying Insect Report), Radon, Wells, Water, Mold or Air Quality, and Gas Leak detection tests. Once the inspection is completed, the home inspector will generally provide the buyer with a report suggesting any improvements or repairs deemed necessary.
